What a joke. It doesn't even say WHO is going to be flexed. the least senior? That would probably mean o/c and short hours would end up in 24+ positions which is going to mess with more senior folks who might not have 24hrs/wk jobs. Or are they going to just throw seniority out the window and demote all the 40hr employees down to 24+??? nothing is clear. And it THREATENS employees- either you decide or WE WILL DO IT FOR YOU! No sense trying to vote it down, because Regional UHW will give their blessing. Doesn't this feel just like your daddy telling you to "pick your own switch off a tree" for your butt whooping?
